No. Every animal appears in each of the five answer positions exactly twice across the ten questions, never in the same position on two questions running, and no two questions share an order.

In a 2013 study published in PNAS, Stephanie King and Vincent Janik of the University of St Andrews played computer copies of those whistles to wild dolphins off Scotland's east coast, and each animal answered only a copy of its own whistle, by whistling it back.
