is Tom Waaler a bad result?▼
It is the least comfortable of the five and it is not an accusation. The Waaler read is about being clear-eyed rather than cruel: you notice the gap between how things are supposed to work and how they do, and you stopped finding that gap upsetting. Plenty of people who get it are simply honest about motives that the other four dress up. If it stings, the useful question is which answer you hesitated over.
