About This Quiz
Most zodiac quizzes ask your favourite colour or your life motto, and you can tell which answer is the Scorpio one before you click. This one never mentions stars, elements or birthdays. It asks what you do after forty minutes on hold, when someone wants to split the bill evenly, when the person on the aisle falls asleep. Those moments sort out five habits: moving first, looking after whoever's gone quiet, smoothing things over, noticing and remembering, and turning a problem into a detour. Because your birthday already gives you a sun sign. This quiz asks something else: which of five signs your habits look most like. It also skips colours, mottos and superpowers, because an answer like "deep black, mysterious, intense" tells you it's the Scorpio one before you pick it.

did nasa add a thirteenth zodiac sign?▼
No. Ophiuchus is a real constellation the sun passes through, and a 2016 post on NASA's Space Place site for children described it, which was widely misread as NASA changing the zodiac. NASA studies astronomy, not astrology, and did not add or change any sign. Western astrology still uses twelve.

No. Over the ten questions each sign sits in each of the five answer slots exactly twice, and never in the same slot twice in a row, so where an option appears tells you nothing about where it leads. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
